There are few models of compact cams that have connectivity to share in a simple way our photos but Panasonic adds a new model with Wi-Fi connection, here comes the Lumix DMC-FX90.
The Panasonic Lumix FX90 is the first incursion of the mark in compact cameras with connectivity and, besides, it offers the possibility to share the images through an wireless access point directly from the camera by connecting the FX90 to a cell phone and getting access to the Internet without a “hotspot”.Although Wi-Fi connectivity is the most outstanding feature of this slim 12 megapixel model, the FX90 also includes other interesting characteristics: stabilized 5x optical zoom with a 24mm angular and 7.7 fps in continuous mode in the highest resolution and Full HD video recording. The weak point of the FX90 is the battery, which suffers a lot when using the Wi-Fi connectivity.
Panasonic will offer from September 5th the Lumix Club services, a hosting in cloud that will allow us to send shots simultaneously to Facebook, Flickr, Picasa and Youtube in the case of videos. For this, we can use our WiFi connection, if we have one, or create it through the Lumix Link, a service that will offer the same services in smartphones.
