Samsung, a global leader in consumer electronics, will be raising awareness about environmental responsibility as the 2013 CES Green Sponsor.
Samsung's achievements include processing more than a quarter billion pounds of electronic waste in the U.S. since 2008, more than any other TV manufacturer. Also, Samsung has become the first manufacturer to become e-Steward certified - certification that enables individuals and organizations who dispose of their old electronic equipment to easily identify recyclers that adhere to the highest standard of environmental responsibility and worker protection.
This is a great step to make technology environmentally friendly!
